Hedgehog necklace pendant – handmade and recycled sterling silver coins

A wonderfully mysterious hedgehog gently scuttling towards your tree of life. She may represent you or the hedgehog in your life, either way she looks beautiful on a necklace by herself or with your other tree of life charms. When i’m lucky enough to cross paths with a hedgehog i often contemplate the similarities! especially when i’m having a bad hair day, which is everyday.

You don’t need the tree sculpture to enjoy this hedgehog charm pendant, wear her as beautiful nature loving single pendant on a necklace, as part of a branch of leaves spanning a bigger design you have imagined on a necklace or bracelet, representing your own personal aesthetic or family and friends.

Each hedgehog, owl, acorn, leaf and charm is movable, allowing you to customise the jewellery you create and the sculpture you design.

    Find the Inner Hedgehog

    I love my hedgehog charm. I used to have them frequently in my garden but now I hardly ever see one – they have long been one of my favourite animals. I am sure I have an inner hedgehog too as I do kind of hibernate during winter and for the most part quietly get on with things in the background. In addition it’s a nod to my Grandma Bennett who used to treat us with a shilling or half a crown if we were lucky when visiting her as a children.
    Beautifully made and despatched with geat care it was a joy to open the package and find her there. Thank you

NECKLACE INFORMATION

Many of the necklace / pendant designs are complete. These designs have a sterling silver chain attached to the pendant from both sides. This design is perfect for looking in a mirror to fasten the necklace. It also makes a fabulous feature of the handmade hook catch (and star if chosen).  The necklace length you choose includes the length of the actual pendant. Do not worry about the pendant dimensions we will take care of your order. Order the necklace length you would normally wear and the necklace you receive will sit in the perfect position..

Extra small : approx 170 mm

Small size : approx 185 mm

Medium size : approx 195 mm

Large size : approx 210 mm (good size if you want a looser dangly medium fit)

XL size approx 225 mm (includes an extra link; i.e. another lovely flower, butterfly, bird, etc section custom made)
