Recycled 100 year old 22ct gold half sovereign coin

A lovely simple and rustic 22ct gold dove ring which is not only handcrafted, unusual, completely unique but have also been transformed from an 22ct gold half sovereign coin coin.

The dove design, the divine spirit is drawn onto the 22ct gold half sovereign coin. I then meticulously follow this guide sketch with a traditional hand engraver. The design is then ‘pierced’ out with a traditional jewellers hand saw. It is these tools which allow me a close connection with each piece and to ensure your ring will be completely original and special to wear.

The design is finished with a lovely hammer textured and faceted 22ct yellow gold band.

Size : The central ancient signet element  is approx 10 mm diameter. The band is approx 2mm wide.

NECKLACE INFORMATION

Many of the necklace / pendant designs are complete. These designs have a sterling silver chain attached to the pendant from both sides. This design is perfect for looking in a mirror to fasten the necklace. It also makes a fabulous feature of the handmade hook catch (and star if chosen).  The necklace length you choose includes the length of the actual pendant. Do not worry about the pendant dimensions we will take care of your order. Order the necklace length you would normally wear and the necklace you receive will sit in the perfect position..

Medium size : approx 195 mm

Large size : approx 210 mm (good size if you want a looser dangly medium fit)
