The ancient Egyptians place Isis as the Mistress Of The Words of Power and the Goddess Of Nature. This beautiful magical Egyptian Goddess design necklace has been meticulously crafted from a pair of 100 year old English sterling silver Crown coins. Not only does the silver ‘some-how’ feel warmer and more beautiful it also has the depth of its history behind it. This combined with the fact that it is more ethical and green to use than freshly mined and processed silver make it the perfect raw material for a contemporary take on a lovely traditional design.

Once flattened the first Crown coin is sketched up with an outline of wings. I then proceed with cutting and carving the individual intricate feathers. Each and every design is completely unique and equally beautiful. This trace outline is carefully followed with an ultra fine piercing saw blade. The interior detail is revealed using the same hand saw and a pendant drill. The silver is also meticulously hand carved and engraved. Once the wings are ready I flatten out the other silver crown coin and draw the embodiment of her complete with beads and ankh necklace!

On the reverse secret Hieroglyphics are engraved but this can be something else upon request. Don’t hesitate to contact me!

Many of the necklace / pendant designs are complete. These designs have a sterling silver chain attached to the pendant from both sides. This design is perfect for looking in a mirror to fasten the necklace. It also makes a fabulous feature of the handmade hook catch (and star if chosen). The necklace length you choose includes the length of the actual pendant. Do not worry about the pendant dimensions we will take care of your order. Order the necklace length you would normally wear and the necklace you receive will sit in the perfect position..
