When your exploring in the forest or woodlands look carefully and you will actually see these fab little leaf houses and sometimes even a luxurious palace like this. Autumn is an especially goodtime to look for these little forest dwellings as they contrast beautifully with the gorgeous browns. In the summer they are pretty tough to find in the green, blossoming abundance of foilage.

Throughout history the Oak tree has represented strength and power. This is perfect as it means that these lovely, aesthetically pleasing symbols of nature and natural beauty also have added strength.

The oak leaf is cut from an old English half penny and the palace is carved from a silver shilling, whilst the acorn is cut from an old ‘Thrupney bit’. perfect for autumn and spring. Handmade and completely recycled. The off-cut of the old half penny is included as a little piece of its origin story.

NECKLACE INFORMATION

Many of the necklace / pendant designs are complete. These designs have a sterling silver chain attached to the pendant from both sides. This design is perfect for looking in a mirror to fasten the necklace. It also makes a fabulous feature of the handmade hook catch (and star if chosen).  The necklace length you choose includes the length of the actual pendant. Do not worry about the pendant dimensions we will take care of your order. Order the necklace length you would normally wear and the necklace you receive will sit in the perfect position..
